New on SABRE Maps are this collection of all five out-of-copyright editions of the Ordnance Survey Quarter Inch Special Sheet of Wales and the Marches
Whilst being part of the Fifth Series, these maps feature some different and really beautiful depictions of the Welsh mountains to the standard sheets, as well of course as all the updates from the period including roads and railways.
They can be found on the OS Quarter Inch section of SABRE Maps, right at the bottom of the list on their own layers from 1959, 1962, 1963, 1967 and 1971.
The B5359 was created in November 2010 following the completion of the A34 Alderley Edge Bypass. It is a renumbering of the northern section of the A535 and part of the former route of the A34. The road starts at the Whitehall Bridge roundabout, where the Alderley Edge Bypass and Wilmslow and Handforth Bypass meet, and heads in a southerly direction along the pre-bypass route of the A34.
